- He wanted an India in which the poorest felt that it is because of the making of India they have an effective voice.
- Gandhi wanted an India in which there was no high class and low class of people.
- He wanted a country where all communities should live in perfect harmony. He wanted to give no room for untouchability or intoxicating drinks and drugs in his country.
- Also, he wanted equal rights for women.
