Mahatma Gandhiji was the leader in the Indian independence movement. He was against ahimsa ( non violence ) and disobedience. He revolted against the threats of the British rule, who continued their rule over India for more than 200 years. He is an ideal figure of inspiration, aspirations and role of fighting for one's own freedom, fraternity and liberty.
