The percentage of cloth used = 0.75 × 100℅

➡ 75/100 × 100

➡ 75℅

The tailor returned 1-0.75 = 0.25 mts of cloth

The percentage of cloth returned = 0.25 × 100℅

➡ 25/100 × 100℅

➡ 25℅
