Area of the garden = lenght*breadth

                                = 30m*20m

                                 = 600m^{2}

Area of the garden including mat = length*breadth

                                                        = (30+1.5+1.5)m*(20+1.5+1.5)m

                                                        = (30+3)m*(20+3)m

                                                        = 33m*23m

                                                        = 759m^{2}

Area Of The Mat = Area of the garden including mat-Area of the gardenArea of the garden including mat

                           = (759-600)m^{2}

                           = 159m^{2}

Total expenses = 159*10

                          = 1590
