garmi mein suti vastr isliye pehna chahiye kyuki wo bahot halke aur patle hote hai jisse hawa hamare kapro me jaa sakti hai aur humare pasine(sweat ) bhi ishi karan jaldi sukh jate hai aur hum acha mahsus karte hai
