Considering that it is an open-minded question, I am giving this answer on a non-academic basis.
Our locality has good and well-constructed tar roads. It is gated community with 7 blocks and each block has 16 flats. There is a provision of 24 hours electricity. In case there is a power cut, then there is a generator that runs on diesel. There is a continuous supply of running tap water and drinking water. There is a provision for drinking water supplied in taps and also, as RO cans. The cooking gas is supplied through a pipeline for people who need it.
There is also a swimming pool, a yoga centre, children's play area, a well-equipped gymnasium, and a function hall, which are all managed by the housing colony association.
In the vicinity, there are 2 multi-speciality hospitals and 2 medical clinics, along with 3 pharmaceutical stores. 2 of these stores are available 24 hours. There are 3 - 4 popular schools.
At a distance of 700 meters, there is an open ground that is used by the senior citizens for walking, and by youngsters to jog and to play sports. Just close by, is a supermarket, a Hypermarket, a market selling vegetables, fruits, and flowers, a milk booth, 1 movie theatre, and 2 - 3 restaurants.
