Gause principle is related to population ecology. Gause principle states that two species competing for the same limiting resource cannot coexist at constant population values. in others we can state this principle as different species which have same type of power and have some limited resources ,cannot live together.

Gause principle is connected to community ecology.

Community ecology is a subdivision of ecology.

Ecologists examine the factors that can affect biodiversity, the structure of the community as well as the distribution and diversity of species.

These factors comprise of interactions with the abiotic world and the diverse series of interactions that take place between the species.

Community ecology  is the study of the interdependence  between species in communities on various units, comprising  the :

•    distribution,

•    structure,
