Answer:

Gender discrimination against men can be as serious, and as varied, as it is against women. Any biased employment decisions on work environment can be the basis for a male gender discrimination complaint. But because men are as a whole less likely to discuss their experiences, it can be difficult to know if what you are facing at work counts as male gender.

Hope this helps... (•‿•)

Answer:

Gender discrimination faced by males is when they are not treated equally IN THE NAME OF GENDER EQUALITY. This happens when people are too focused on the women aspect of gender equality, technically this isn't a bad thing now, is it? But it becomes a problem when we tend to forget about the males, we are too focused on making those women successful and getting them to feel worthy, we forget that equality means when everyone enjoys equal rights. Let us take an example of a job, men lose jobs or get denied jobs to lesser qualified women because the company starts to make changes in the name of gender equality. So sometimes, women might be downgraded or males might be the 'alphas' in certain aspects of life and sometimes there might be women who are stronger or in other words, 'Mrs. Alpha'. So, it is important that we consider both ends and together, men and women, come together and fight for equality together. Because equality is not about one or two, but about all.
