General Musharaf conducted elections. However Pakistan is still not a democracy. Why? ​

There is a military coup in the country which led the coming of Musharraf in power . Musharraf had overthrown a democratically elected government to establish his own military rule, So they were not true representative of the people and government thus formed couldn't be called democratic government.
