It depends on the state where you live
but usually for government colleges we have to score 500+..For this year cut off for top 15 colleges in India will be 540-560...
so at least have to score 550+ for a good college

Well user according to me We really have to work hard to get good colleges in medical field . As the cut off goes very higher , u have to atleast score 600 for a very good college ..
