Answer:

According to Indian astrology and belief, only full or annular eclipses and partial or umbral eclipses will have an impact on us and the penumbral eclipses do not effect us. According to Indian Panchangas Penumbral eclipses are not harmful so they are not even mentioned in Panchangas.

In 2020 there are no lunar full or annular eclipses and partial or umbral eclipses. Only a couple of penumbral lunar eclipses are occurring so they can be ignored. The 5th June 2020 Lunar eclipse is a Penumbra one hence not to worry.

There are 2 solar full or annular eclipses are occurring as follows:

21st June Solar Eclipse (Annular) – Visible in part of North India (See map). will be visible from 9.15 am to 3.04 pm. The full eclipse will start from 10.17 am to 2.02 pm where 12.10 pm will see the maximum eclipse. at 2:41:19. It will happen at 0° Cancer 21′, Punarvasu Nakshatra. But this is a harmless eclipse hence nothing to worry.

Annular Solar Eclipse, will be Seen in South/East Europe, Much of Asia, North in Australia, Much of Africa, Pacific, Indian Ocean.
