for getting a job in industry need skill and talent which will comes by training or education compare to agriculture no need of skills and talent ....in 19th century Indian people are largely depends on agriculture ..at that time educated people also less and there is any development programs in India compare to British ...in 19th centuries in British people are highly educated and trained for industry so they can easily get the job in industry compare to India people ....now a days people are interested in education and there are so many skill training program are implementing by the government to train the people
