Yes they should do job
The nature has designed the man with powers to handle situations unemotionally and quickly. the woman on the other hand is said to be very soft hearted and unfavourable to tough situations. the offices need a good asset time run the whole nation which could not be done by women . the women is therefore left to handle the household work and support the nation in indirect way. they have a good knowledge of all worldwide kitchen work and that could not be done by men. then left to kitchen she is awarded as an ethical part of society undoubted . she sacrifices bit for the society for the nation so we are thankful to her. but doing official work is never carved in her mind.
think of a women working in an office running here and there when she cares for her movements and posture and everything. just this couldn't be a good pace for the work .while on the other hand a bold man with a good efficiency tackles it all with his full might.
