- Evaporation is a surface phenomena where as boiling is a bulk(whole) phenomena.
- Evaporation can take place at temperature even below than boiling point where as boiling takes place only on reaching the boiling point.
- Evaporation causes cooling of the nearby region where as during boiling the temperature remains constant.
