1)If two trains crosses each other,it seems to be that the other train is moving with very high velocity. This is due to the relative velocity which is the sum of the velocity of the observer train and the other train.
2)If two cars are moving with the same velocity parallel to each other. The observer in one of the car will observe that the other car is stationary with respect to his car.
