first of all, what is combustion??

⇒ it is chemical process(reaction) where a substance react with oxygen to give off light and heat. in short we can say to burn something.

now, three conditions necessary for combustion :-

1. presence of fuel - there must a fuel to burn.

2. presence of oxygen - we know that oxygen is necessary to burn anything. so it's very important for the process of combustion.

3. presence of heat - fuel must be heated to it's ignition temperature. ignition temperature is the minimum temperature required to catch fire.
