Xylem -
1. Fibers are elongated dead cells lignified wall. Cell have thick wall nd reduce fit boarder.
2. Food store in form of starch nd fat.
3. Tracheida are elongated after maturation.
Phloem -
1. The cells are made of scalerenchyma which provides mechanical strength. Except phloem fibre are other cells are living.
2. They control the activity of sieve tubes. The cell has thin cell wall nd one nucleus.
3. It transport food from leaves to various plant parts.
