1.Democracy dives equal chances to two different groups.
2.It doesnot protect a group from the view of superiority.
3.It judiciously gives its decisions.
4.It listens to every individual without any intention of opposition.

Democracy is the government of the people for the people and by the people. Countries that are democratic in nature respect the say of the majority not the say of the superiority. They believe in power sharing and devolution of resources. They are therefore in a an environment where they can resolve their conflicts better than lets say an Aristocrat could.
