IN LEGISLATURE : They tries to introduce their chosen persons into legislature . they help political parties to eve of election and prepares election manifesto .
IN EXECUTIVE ; They tries to fill high executive posts with man of their own choices , selection cabinet distribution of portfolios and pm selection due to prevalence for collation government and henceforth influences policy implementation process .
IN BUREAUCRACY : Bureaucrats are politically neutral and hence they tries to oblige them by putting good remarks that protect their interests.
