Babu jagat singh is an engineer . in the localicity there was his respect , but he was a corrupt man , he take black monney from people , he was greedy and of anger in nature, he does'nt inceased his servant's income , Just because of 50 paise he not only  beat his servant but also give five ruppes to police to beat him and make out in the court that he has steal the money .
