In the chapter The Pterodactyl's Egg, Badan Babu wanted to tell stories to his son Biltu. Biltu did not like the stories or got board of the stories told by Badan Babu. So, Badan Babu went to the riverside to think of stories for his son. Later in the story,  Badan Babu met a stranger and thought that the stranger was a pickpocket but still believed the stranger and got into the stranger's trap. He was fooled by the stranger and did not realize the stranger took Badan Babu's money. So, i the end Badan Babu realized his mistake and thought that he must never believe anyone blindly. He also took it in a positive way that he got many stories to tell his son Biltu.
