Answer:

Fungi are unicellular, filamentous or multicellular organisms.

1) Phycomycetes are those that includes Rhizopus type fungi.

Mode of nutrition:

Found on decaying matter of plants like tree trunk , wood etc.

Mode of reproduction:

Type of reproduction is asexual that happens through zoospores or aplanospores.

In sexual reproduction zygospores of thick wall are formed.

2) Ascomycetes are those that includes Aspergillus, Penicillium etc.

Mode of nutrition:

Feeds on decomposing organic matter like cow dung and are called sporophytes.

Mode of reproduction:

Spores are produced externally like conidia in case of asexual reproduction.

In case of sexual reproduction ascospores are produced internally in asci which is a sac and forms ascocarps.

Explanation:

(i) "mode of nutrition": They are obligate parasite which is found on plants or they are found in "decaying matter such as wood". Mushroom is the type of fungi that is high in vitamin, potassium and other minerals, they also grow on bread, the mycelium species of fungi. The fungi species are found growing in the moisture-rich area. They appear white in color.

(ii) "mode of reproduction": Asexual reproduction occurs spores produced exogenously such as "conidia produced on conidiophores".
