Give a geographical reason for each of the following:
(i) Khadar is more fertile than Bangar

1)because khadar  is found in the flood plains and deltas while bangar is found in the higher side of the river valleys.

2)because khadar is sandy and light in texture while bangar is loamy and dark in texture.

3)because khadar is the new alluvium while bangar is the old alluvium.

Khadar soil consists of new alluvial deposits and is often very fertile. Khadar plains are low-lying next to a river. Khadar areas are prone to flooding and sometimes include portions of former river-beds that became available for agriculture when a river changed course.
