recipe for oreo chocolate mug cake
ingredients
a packet of vanilla oreo biscuits (12)biscuits
half a cup of warm milk
half teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
procedure
crush biscuits and mix everything together in a coffee mug and microwave it for about 4 minutes. and your oreo mug cake is ready

chocolate cake is simple to bake
you need-
for Spong base
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tea spoon baking soda
1 tea spoon baking powder
3/4 cup curd
1/4 cup milk
2 cups sugar (castor sugar)
75 g butter
1½ spoon Cocoa powder
for icing
whipping cream or butter cream
or
icing sugar
method-
in a bowl sieve all purpose flour and add baking powder, baking soda and Cocoa powder mix the dry mixture to see a brownish color.
in a different bowl mix curd sugar and butter together until you get a creamy solution without any curd or butter lumps left the sugar should not be visible as granules.
slowly add the curd mixture to the the flour mixture stirring constantly at the same time by cut and fold method to avoid lumps. it should be performed very cautiously no lumps should be formed. now add the milk to the batter. and stir again.
now take a microwave bowl and Greece it from inside with butter or oil so that the cake won't stick. pour the batter into the Greeced bowl and Pat it slowly to settle. now keep the bowl aside and let it rest for ten minutes. if you have an oven than preheat it at 180°C for 10 mins and than place the cake in and bake it at 180° C for 7 to 8 minutes. check the cake by inserting a clean knife inside and if it comes out clean then the cake is ready but if batter is sticking on the knife then bake it for another 5 mins.
if you have a microwave oven then you don't need to preheat it. just microwave the cake at 100 power for 7 to 8 mins. and then check with the above mentioned method.
your Spong base is ready. you can eat it for 8 to 10 days. decorate it by Dusting icing sugar.
you can also decorate it with whipping cream or butter cream. but that will limit the cake's life to 3 to 4 days.
