William Wordsworth in 'Upon Westminster Bridge' resonates the divine beauty of London city in the early morning viewed from the Westminster Bridge goes beyond all fair things of this Earth. The city seems to be wearing the garment of uncluttered beauty of the dawn. The noisy atmosphere of the city is still not existent. The smokeless atmosphere bare open the beauty of its ships, towers, domes, theatres and temples. The river Thames is undisturbed and flowing at 'his own sweet will'. The whole city seems to be asleep in that tranquility.
