we take an example that a (stone tied to a thread)

I said this example because

the formula for work

W=F.S

means work = force into displacement

so here in this situation when a stone is tied to a thread the displacement is equal to zero

so work = force × 0

so work =0

hope this answer helpful please mark me as brainliest

in this situation we are rotating a stone with a thread
