Dandelion. It produces seed through a process called as agamospermy

Agamospermy occurs mainly in the following two ways (there are many other ways):

Gametophytic apomixis: In this case the embryo arises from the gametophyte (from an unfertilized egg cell which had not completed meiosis).

Sporophytic apomixix: In this case the embryo arises from tissue of nucellus or integument (not from gametophyte).
