Hello friend
-------------------

Let the Earth like all the other planets including the sun are actually moving. so though everything in front or around you may seem to be at rest with respect to you, it is actually in motion if someone from the moon or some other planet sees it.

You can take another example
________________________

Let you are standing on a platform and see a train speeding past you. the train is definitely in motion with respect to you.now, think of a passenger in the same train..to the passenger the train in at rest.

---------------------------------

Thus this can be concluded that motion and rest are interrelated.

The position of the body does not change at any instant of time is called rest .
The position of the body changes time to time is called motion.
The driver in a moving bus is at rest with respect to passenger . But he is in motion with respect to a person out of the bus
Is an example to show that rest and motion are relative terms.

HOPE THIS WILL HELPS U
