Once maharaja of Travancore was invited in a huge dinner program as an guests. He is very down to earth person and respect each and every thing in our surroundings. As in the dinner program when he enters the kitchen to saw wether hygiene is maintained while cooking. So with his surprised he saw vegetable scraps lying aside which makes him angry and asked ,head cook to use it. As no one in the village say no to the maharaja so head cook made a new dish with vegetable scraps and one presented the dish to maharaja, he was very joyfull to see the new dish and thrilled to taste it. when the dish was tasted maharaja become very happy and rewarded the head cook with some precious stones. With this the new dish -"Avial" become famous in kerela.and we could see that how this small and natural innovation make a man success.
