3-u can create email account by following
#-log on ur control panel
#-click mail administration
# click new account
#enter email address and password for ur account
#- click save
4-procudure to send an email
#-on your computer go to gmail
#-in the top left click compose
#-in the "to field" add recipient
#-add a subject
#-write ur message
#- go at the bottom of page and click send
