Answer:

They have wide feet for walking in sand. They have long eyelashes and thin, slit nostrils that they can close to protect them from blowing sand. They are adapted to survive a long time without water and food. They have an extremely long large intestine that absorbs every last drop of water from the foods they eat.

Answer:Five adaptations of camel:

1)hick fur on the top of the body for shade, and thin fur elsewhere to allow easy heat loss.

2)a large surface area to volume ratio - to maximise heat loss. the ability to go for a long time without water - they lose very little water through urination and perspiration.

3)the ability to tolerate body temperatures up to 42°C.

4)large, flat feet - to spread their weight on the sand

5)slit-like nostrils and two rows of eyelashes - to help keep out sand
