conductor are those materials which can pass the electric current through them. Ex - Steel , Iron.
Insulators are those materials which can't be pass the electric current through them. Ex - Rubber , Wood.

•conductors allow electricity to pass whereas insulator don't

• conductors include all metals whereas insulators are mostly non metals

• conductors follow ohm's law whereas insulators may or may not
