• Money lenders:

The money lenders are known as the informal source and sector of credit. Money lenders fulfill the financial needs of the business persons or the small manufactures and etc.

Generally they charge very high interest rate to the borrowers in terms of their money. They don’t use any formal or official protocol.  

• Traders:

Similarly traders also give money to the borrowers and charges high interest rate. They exploit their borrowers and don’t have any official documentation.
