independence of judiciary means that the judiciary takes its decisions with it's own wish, it is not based on caste system, rich or poor etc..


it also keeps a watch on the legislature and the executive

hence, it is independent

• If the judiciary found someone guilty, then it have the right to punish him/her ( whether the person is a celebrity, politicians or a common people).
