The sum of 2nd and 30th terms of an arithmetic sequence is50.
What is the 16th term?

a2+a30=50
a+(2-1)d+a+(30-1)d=50
2a+d+29d=50
2a+30d=50
a+15d=25
so for a+(16-1)d=a+15d
then a+15d=25
