1) Various equipments are extremely sensitive to the liquid substances and can get damaged if the equipments get in contact with the liquid substances.

In this situation the air based lubricants are the best solution.

2)The air based lubricants are mainly generated by machines which is one time investment but the normal liquid lubricants are needed to be purchased everytime when we need them after the previous usage.
