a) sodium chloride sol. And sodium nitrate sol.
b) copper oxide and manganese dioxide

For first question:-

add silver nitrate solution to both sodium chloride and sodium nitrate solution

if reaction takes place then it is sure that there is presence of sodium chloride because sodium chloride reacts with silver nitrate to form silver chloride.

for second question;-

dissolve both of them into separate beakers containing water

the solution that turns blue consist of copper oxide where as the solution which does not change its colour is magnesium dioxide

because copper oxide reacts with water to form copper hydroxide which is blue in colour
