A debit voucher plays a similar role to a check in that it is a substitute to cash. The debit voucher will have a particular cash value and they are used to transfer money from one bank account to another. A person fills out on what the voucher is worth and gives it to his creditor who can then recieve the money what he is due from the bank.
A debit note is found in Purchase returns book and is issued for the value of the goods returned. In some cases these can be treated as just another invoice.
