Tandon saree structures which are connected to the bones and it held the muscles to be attached to it or in the other words tendons helps the bones too attached with the muscles but in contrast to this ligaments are that is structures which helps the muscles to be attached with the muscles are in other words they help the muscles to attach some other muscles
