Asexual reproduction involves only one parent and sexual reproduction involves two parents.
In sexual reproduction formation and fusion of games takes place but in asexual reproduction formation and fusion of games doesn't take place.
Offsprings produced by sexual reproduction show variations. Offspring produced by asexual reproduction are generally identical to their parents.
