colonial government introduced forest acts because...
they want their profit only from growing their trees to practice deforestation and plant their tree for timber..
as they thinks local peoples and stakeholders as their barriers between them then they introduced forest acts they had launched that policies that would limit or less or forbid peoples to go reserved forest . if any people want to go their in forest to get food or grazing for their animals then they had to let a pass from the colonial government but they wont gave the pass any person then their policies are not really good but the colonial government always want their profit they wont look at the challenges of local peoples
