Answer: Stenohaline can be defined as phenomenon in which the the respective plants and animals cannot tolerate substantial change in the external osmolarity.

There are many stenohaline organism like gold fish and haddock. The plants that are stenohaline are lamprey, bullshark, , seagrass, salmon, herring.

Euryhaline can be defined as the condition where is a change in the salinity   in the environment and the organism living in there has no problem with the change in the salinity.
