Set up two incubators. In BOTH incubators, make sure there is the same amount of CO2 and O2 concentration, same amount of access of light, and the same species of plants. Over a period of several days, give one plant water, and give one plant no water. Using O2 and CO2 concentration detectors, you will notice the concentration of CO2 going down and O2 going up in the incubator with the plant that has access to water. The only logical reason for this is that photosynthesis occurred, and it occurred more readily in the plant having access to water, thereby proving that access to water is crucial to photosynthesis.

Every plants need water for photosynthesis to make their food(glucose ). Plants absorb water through their roots. Then from roots, by their special part called xylem, water is taken up to their leaves where photosynthesis occur. Then from leaves food is distributed to different parts of the plant. So like that if plants do get water then there could be no more food produce and if there would be no more food produce then it means that there would be no more process called photosynthesis. So water is very important for photosynthesis.
