FPS = FOOT POUND SEC SYSTEM

= It is a british system confined mostly to England

= It is not now famous in other parts of world .

= In length it's unit is = Foot (ft)

= In Mass it's unit is = Pound (lb)

FPS system

Foot, Pound, Second, system of units which originated in the UK and since 1960 has been replaced by the Metric units the world over except a few countries such as the US. Also called imperial system
