Screw Gauge : . It is used for measuring diameter of circular objects mostly wires, with an accuracy of 0.001cm.

Vernier Calipers:
The Vernier Caliper is a precision instrument that can be used to measure internal and external distances extremely accurately :

Spherometer:spherometer is an instrument for the precise measurement of the radius of a sphere. Originally, these instruments were primarily used by opticians to measure the curvature of the surface of a lens.

physical balance : In simple terms a physical balance is a weighing instrument which helps in measuring the mass of a substance or more specifically the gravitational mass of the substance.

stop watch :a special watch with buttons that start, stop, and then zero the hands, used to time races.

Answer:

The screw gauge is an instrument used for measuring accurately the diameter of a thin wire. The screw gauge consists of a U-shaped frame fitted with a screwed spindle which is attached to a thimble. Parallel to the axis of the thimble, a scale is marked in mm. This scale is called pitch scale. To the head of the screw, a hollow sleeve is attached. Screw head has the ratchet arrangement, to avoid tightening of the screw. There is a circular scale on the timber known as head scale which is divided into 50 or 100 equal parts.

The vernier, dial, and digital calipers give a direct reading of the distance measured to high accuracy. They are functionally identical, with different ways of reading the result. These calipers comprise a calibrated scale with a fixed jaw, and another jaw, with a pointer, that slides along the scale. The distance between the jaws is then read in different ways for the three types.

A spherometer is defined as a precision device which is used to measure very small length of the order of mm. It consists of three outer legs and a fourth adjustable central leg and is best suited to measure radii of spherical surfaces.

.

physical balance is an instrument used in laboratories to weigh objects. It's accuracy and sensitivity both are very high.

A stopwatch is a handheld timepiece designed to measure the amount of time elapsed from a particular time when it is activated to the time when the piece is deactivated. A large digital version of a stopwatch designed for viewing at a distance, as in a sports stadium, is called a stop clock
