area of square = side^2

given one side = 24m

area of square = 24^2 = (20 + 4)^2 = 400+160+16= 576cm^2

area of rectangle = length * breadth

Given

area of rectangle= area of a square

so

36*b = 576cm^2

b = 16cm

Given,

Length of square = 24 m

area of square = side × side = 576 m^2.

Length of rectangular lawn = 36 m

area of rectangular lawn = l × b

=> 576 = 36 × b

=> b = 16 m.

Perimeter =2(l + b)

=> 2(36 + 16)

=> 104 m

Therefore, perimeter = 104 m.

Hope it helps!
