Here is your answer.
Soap - It has cleansing action in water. It is a Sodium (Na) or Pottasium (K) salt of a long chain of carboxylic acid which has cleansing properties in the water.
It is made by heating animal fat or vegetables oil with alkalis that is NaOH to burn soap of glycerol.
It from small particles called miscelles.
