Open circuit :-
1) In open circuit electron does not flow and the bulb does not glow.
2) A circuit is said to be open when the switch is in off condition, when the wire is cutted at the middle.
Closed Circuit :
1) In open circuit electrons flows and the bulb glows.
2) A circuit is said to be closed when the switch is in on condition, when the wire is undamaged.

Plzzz mark my answer as brainliest.
