Hello my dear friends and teachers today i am here for a speech which u think may be boring but can be useful if u hear each word of it. Everyone talks about conserve water plant trees and many more things but u all know for obtaining water and have more trees we need soil the most important factor of our life cycle whom we often forget to consider. And thus has resulted in its decline. It is getting acidic day by day and hour by hour. This is due to our habits of throwing garbage here and there. This acidic soil cant be used to grow trees and thus indirectly affects our life. Pesticides and insecticide used by our farmers not only harms soil but also microorganism which make soil fertile so i would conclude my speech by telling that if u save soil indirectly u contribute to life conservation

Hope it helps

Answer:

  • Millions of microorganisms as well as plant and animal life depend on the nutrients that soil offers. The life cycle, however, comes to an end in unhealthy, unstable, or toxic soil. The goal of soil conservation is to maintain healthy soils using a variety of methods and practices. People that are dedicated to soil conservation work to keep the soil healthy, productive, and free from deterioration and erosion.
  • According to the United Nations, conventional farming methods and climate change pose the biggest challenges to soil protection. Slash-and-burn techniques, excessive land use, and the abuse of toxic chemicals that contaminate soils are all examples of traditional farming practices. The goal of soil conservation is to lessen these dangers.
  • Understanding how soil functions can help individuals engaged in sustainability find innovative solutions and encourage environmental stewardship.
