  • Sun provides growth to the plants the plants are eaten by the herbivorous animals. the plants also consume carbon dioxide from the atmosphere which is therefore also consumed bye herbivorous and carnivorous animals when those animals die their body is decomposed in soil where the body is eaten by microscopic animals and the body is therefore decomposed in soil where the plants again grows and the cycle continue
